Heartland Health Center is able to serve patients who do not have insurance by utilizing a sliding fee discount scale.  We also accept many private insurances, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Outreach representatives are available to assist patients with program enrollment, including Marketplace insurance, Medicaid, Every Woman Matters, WIC, SNAP and many more.
