Payment & Coverage Options
Everyone deserves great care — no matter their situation. At Heartland Health Center, we make it simple to get the care you need at a cost that works for you. We accept most private insurance plans, along with Medicare and Medicaid. If you don’t have insurance or your coverage is limited, our Sliding Fee Discount Program can lower the cost of your visit based on your household size and income. We also offer flexible payment plans, so finances never stand in the way of your health. Because here, access to care isn’t a privilege — it’s our promise.
